Mr. Adams is the President of Landrum & Brown, but also serves as Project Director and/or Project Manager for airport planning and environmental studies. Mr. Adams is responsible for the management of Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), Environmental Assessments (EAs), FAR Part 150 studies, and related environmental and noise studies. Throughout his career, he has sought and obtained ever-increasing roles of responsibility within the airport projects he was assigned.
