Mr. Lee has managed airport planning studies for commercial service airports of all sizes. His involvement has ranged from plan conception, through environmental approval and securing of development funding. Because he has experience across the entire project planning and development cycle, he has the ability to ensure that Master Plan documentation and findings are readily transferable to environmental assessments and impact statements, and benefit/cost analyses. Relevant examples of his airport planning experience that includes terminal or inter-modal elements are Cleveland Hopkins, Baltimore, Nashville, Norfolk, St. Louis, Berlin, Düsseldorf, and Munich.
