His skills and experience encompass all phases of the planning, retail planning, passenger facilitation, and design & construction of the planning and staging of airport facilities.

Justin possesses an extensive understanding of stakeholder management, passenger facilitation, passenger experience, retail planning, asset management, life cycle planning, and recurrent maintenance issues.
