Mr. Luo joined L&B in 2005, based in the Shanghai representative. Bringing solid project experience and capabilities through domestic airports focused on airport master planning, terminal design, facility programming, airfield simulation and sustainability development, Mr. Luo makes significant contributions in China’s mainland as well as the Asia-pacific and Middle East regions.
