Beth oversees L&B’s global accounting organization including general ledger and financial reporting, cash management, payroll, project billings and compliance. Beth brings over 23 years of experience in accounting, audit, risk management, compliance, human resources and operations to this position. She leads our team of accounting and finance professionals focusing on supporting the resources, technology and processes needed to deliver best in class financial reporting, project billing and other information flows needed to support L&B project managers and staff, clients and shareholders. She is a member of the Executive Management Team and Global Operations Committee as well as L&B Board and Dar’s Global Infrastructure Pillar.
