Sam, Brian, and Ted worked together to take lead roles on the decommissioning of the L&B Jacksonville Office and were instrumental in helping colleagues move out of the space. Dominic Poletta, Analyst

Dominic Poletta is recognized for his dedication and significant contributions to the AMI Noise and Air Quality project. Dominic has been working diligently and long-hours when needed to assist with AEDT modelling for this important effort. He has been willing to jump right into a very complex model and has provided valuable contributions. Brian Poe, Managing Consultant

Brian Poe is recognized for his outstanding performance at levels beyond expectations and ongoing dedication. Brian has consistently managed high workload levels over an extended period of time, while still maintaining a great attitude and willingness to mentor junior staff. He is extremely committed to deadlines and will do whatever it takes to make sure they are met. Most recently, Brian has been tasked with taking the lead on elements of the Dubai Master Plan. He continues to deliver on that effort, while also stepping-up on many other projects. He has also become the go-to person for new forecasting assignments. Thank you, Brian, for all that you do!

Mathieu De Marchi, Senior Managing Consultant
 
Mathieu De Marchi is recognized for his outstanding performance in forecasting, master planning, and project management for the Al Maktoum Airport (AMI) Dubai World Central Master Plan. Mathieu has developed into a trusted advisor to our client, Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects (DAEP), and our partner/prime, Dar Al-Handadah (Dar), by providing exceptional quality work and being the face of the project for stakeholder workshops. His findings are quoted by His Highness, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in announcing the project to the world. Mathieu was able to meet incredibly tight deadlines for a very demanding client as well as more than a few last-minute trips to Dubai for client and stakeholder meetings. He coordinated Dar and the L&B project team efforts providing context to client requests and prioritization of client needs. He did so with grace and professionalism, being the level-headed one in the room. Thank you, Mathieu, for your continued excellence!

Cody Meyer, Managing Consultant
 
Cody Meyer is recognized for dedication and delivery on client deliverables and for his determination to further the L&B product through creativity and team building. He currently manages the detailed planning of the RDU Integrated Operations Center, and recently completed the SEA Administration Building project, the SEA Taxiway Extension PDD, and is the Lead of Support Facilities for the Al Maktoum Airport (AMI) Dubai World Central Master Plan. Cody is also passionate about creating unique L&B products, presentations, and graphics. We appreciate Cody’s creativity and value his “Team Spirit.” He is dedicated to developing junior staff and interns by encouraging them to expand their capabilities. Cody also exhibits these qualities in his work and his interactions with others, furthering both client and internal relationships. Thank you, Cody, for all that you do!

Chao Zhang, Managing Consultant

Chao is recognized for his valuable accomplishments in L&B’s award of two important projects from our Shenzhen Airport Group client: the Air-Ground Integrated Operation Efficiency Study and the Airport Forecast Study, which are important steps that enable L&B to pursue more opportunities from the Shenzhen client, and also continuously compete in the Pearl Delta Airports client region. Chao also successfully led a runway capacity study and efficiency planning product development effort with the L&B China team for HGH and SZX, which are two key business sectors regarding China aviation market demand. These creational digital products and methodologies allow L&B to continue to build trust with key clients, enhance our business strategy, and set us apart from our competitors. Chao also led an L&B team that was awarded the Champion of the first ever Airports Planning & Design International Competition hosted by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. This prize will be delivered by Administrators at the upcoming China Aviation Airports Planning & Design Summit in summer 2024 and will be witnessed by all key airport executives and participants at the summit. Controller

Janet Bobowski is recognized for her outstanding dedication and commitment to internal processes and interaction. In 2023, Janet has been instrumental in the Workday implementation while also managing additional audit work demands. Janet’s ability to collaborate in a team environment allows her to successfully work with multiple teams – identifying issues and providing solutions that can be corrected and adopted into our processes. Janet keeps an open line of communication within her team and often steps-up to lead and guide her team to success.
