Janet Bobowski is recognized for her outstanding dedication and commitment to internal processes and interaction. In 2023, Janet has been instrumental in the Workday implementation while also managing additional audit work demands. Janet’s ability to collaborate in a team environment allows her to successfully work with multiple teams – identifying issues and providing solutions that can be corrected and adopted into our processes. Janet keeps an open line of communication within her team and often steps-up to lead and guide her team to success.

Janet’s ability to foster collaboration toward achieving a goal is very much appreciated and definitely embodies the spirit of the Matthew H. Lee Employee of the Year Award. Thank you, Janet, for all that you do!

About Matt Lee

In June of 2021, Matt Lee retired from full-time consulting at L&B. Matt has been an integral part of L&B for 40 years and has had an immeasurable impact on the aviation planning industry and many of the people that serve it. He will always be valued for not only his unconditional dedication, commitment to clients and colleagues, hard work, and out-of-the-box thinking, but as a consummate mentor and friend. Matt will be greatly missed and filling his shoes will be an impossible task, which is why we are elated and grateful that he will still be available on a client-specific basis.
