Mr. Rensing has served as Principal, Project Manager, Project Architect and Project Designer for over 40 years. His Airport Design experience began in 1981 with Terminal A at Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH), and continued as a Design Team Member for Terminals B, C and D. In his 36 years of design experience in aviation, he has been able to utilize his design talents in a wide range of facets pertaining to Aviation Architecture and Master Planning. As a result, he has been responsible for many award winning projects. Mr. Rensing has executed numerous CM and Design/Build projects totaling more than $3 billion in construction.
