Jim Walsh has over 35 years of airport management and consulting experience. He rejoined Landrum & Brown after nearly 20 years as BWI Marshall’s Chief Financial/Chief Commercial Officer. Jim is an accredited airport executive and has served as President of the Northeast Chapter AAAE and as National AAAE Finance and Audit Committee chair. He has extensive experience with commercial solicitations, airline rates & charges, use and lease agreement negotiations, PFC applications, demand forecasting and bond feasibility studies. He began his career with the Port Authority of NY & NJ and holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in economics from Fordham University in New York.
